KIWI APPLE ZUCCHINI PUREE 

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

• 3 zucchini, halved and sliced
• 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
• 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In large microwave container, steam the zucchini and apples with about 1/4 cup water for 8 – 10 minutes, or until soft.
2. Add the cooked zucchini and apples with any cooking liquid to a food processor bowl. Add the kiwi and process until smooth.
