Chopped Wedge Salad
Chopped Wedge Salad is a simple green salad, fully loaded with bacon & blue cheese. Dress it up or down, either way the entire family will love this salad.

Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce coarsely chopped
- 5 ounces spinach coarsely chopped
- 11 ounces cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 small purple onion diced
- 2 pounds bacon cooked and coarsely chopped
- 5 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze use as a drizzle
- Optional: Your choice of dressing We prefer ranch.
Instructions
- In a large serving or salad bowl layer the ingredients in this order: lettuce, tomatoes, onion, bacon and blue cheese.
- Layer upon layer of deliciousness.
- Bring on the bacon.
- And cheese. Never too much cheese.
- Toss to combine salad.
- Serve and drizzle each salad lightly (or heavily if you are me) with balsamic vinegar glaze.
- Have dressings available on the side, along with salt and pepper so people can dress and season to taste.
